Corporate documents in the right Clio matter

MinuteBox integrates with Clio Manage so corporate documents land in the right matter in a couple of clicks. Each entity is automatically linked to its Clio matter by matter number, so the right matter is already selected when you send. Registry search results, e-filing confirmations and certificates, and minute book exports go from MinuteBox into the client’s Clio matter, with no downloading, renaming and re-uploading between systems.

Connect your Clio Manage account once, then choose Send to Clio… on an e-filing, the minute book, an entity’s uploaded documents or a document export. Available in English and French.

Set up the Clio integration

Connect Clio Manage once, then send documents to the right matter in four steps.

Connect Clio Manage once, choose “Send to Clio…” on an e-filing result or minute book document, confirm the pre-filled matter, and the files upload to a “MinuteBox” folder in that Clio matter.

Connect Clio Manage: In MinuteBox, go to Settings › Integrations and connect your Clio Manage account. You only do this once.
Choose “Send to Clio…”: Open the action menu on an e-filing result, a minute book document, an entity’s uploaded documents or a document export.
Confirm the matter: The picker pre-fills the entity’s matter number. You can also search by matter number, name or client.
Files upload to the matter: Documents go to a “MinuteBox” folder in the Clio matter, with upload progress shown in MinuteBox.

In MinuteBox, go to Settings › Integrations and connect your Clio Manage account. You only do this once, and you can disconnect from the same screen at any time.

Confirm the matter

The matter picker pre-fills the matter number already linked to the entity. You can also search your Clio matters by matter number, name or client, then confirm where the documents go.
