We continue to monitor this global situation closely. As part of our security protocols, MinuteBox has documented and exhaustive service organization controls that are designed specifically to ensure business and operational continuity in times like this. We regularly test our controls and have designed our systems for immediate and uninterrupted response in even the most unexpected circumstances. Our most important updates follow:

Beginning March 1, 2020, we took immediate steps to implement our business continuity plans. This includes the following mandates:

All MinuteBox personnel have switched to remote work. The safety of our colleagues is of paramount importance. MinuteBox has always maintained the infrastructure for remote work, with many of our colleagues already choosing to work from home or other secure remote locations. We are already well-experienced at remote work and have instituted this policy for all members of our team. There has been no work disruption as a result.

Assistance to existing clients

MinuteBox remains functioning at its usual capacity. We have had no disruption to our services or platform and we do not anticipate any change whatsoever. We understand these tough times present unprecedented change and unknowns for your firm, company or organization. We are here to support you.

If you are a member of the global legal community and require remote access to your corporate legal records or entity management we are here to support you. For legal professionals in need of a cloud-based entity management platform to continue to service your clients our team will provide you immediate access to our entity management platform until June 1, 2020 at no charge. We will work with you to ensure you are able to serve your clients and have uninterrupted continuity to your practice.

If you are a member of the global legal community and you are already using an on-premises legal entity management platform such as FastCo, Enact or Emergent and require cloud or remote access to your corporate records we are here to support you. Our team will be by your side to assist in a free and instant cloud migration. You will be able to use the MinuteBox platform until June 1, 2020 at no charge. We will work with you to ensure you are able to serve your clients and have uninterrupted continuity to your practice.

For larger firms with enterprise needs and very large existing on-premises databases, rest-assured, we are here to support you. Our team can instantly migrate most existing corporate records databases to our cloud service. Our security systems are designed with enterprise in mind and will keep your mind at ease. We are experiencing tremendous increases in new client requests and rest-assured our systems are strong and our teams are available to assist. If there are any changes to our service availability or continuity plans our customers will be advised immediately.
