To MSellers (sellers on MinuteBox) MinuteBox offers a flexible way to sell skills, professional knowledge or know-how, and to help others. To MBuyers (buyers on MinuteBox) MinuteBox is the place for you to get interactive advice or assistance from experts at the most competitive price. Technologically, MinuteBox has all the necessary functions to support this online network; including an intuitive bidding process, interactive service session, billing and rating systems. Anyone who can use the Internet can enjoy our service and be part of this warm community.

Bidding and Rating system: MinuteBox has created a bidding system to match services to your requirements. As an MBuyer, you post a request for the service you need. MSellers all over the world will bid on your request, write a pitch to tell you why they can satisfy your needs, and bid on the request with competitive pricing. With our rating and feedback system, you can also easily see what other MBuyers think of a particular MSeller’s services. On MinuteBox, it is easy to find the right service provider with the best price. If you need urgent help, you can easily get the service you need immediately from MSellers who offer a Buy Now Service.

1. Need Help?
   
   As a buyer, no matter whether you want to get a second opinion, tutorial, advice, or find someone to help you to complete your work, you can come here to post a request.
   
   
   To post a request, simply follow the wizard, and specify a name, description, required skills or qualifications, the means to get the service and the maximum price you would like to pay.
   
   We offer online chat via Text, Audio or Video. No extra software downloads are required. You can easily begin the chat session within your browser.
   If you will be using online chat, you can list your available time slots. If you are requesting work by e-mail, you can post a deadline instead. Once your request is submitted, it will be listed on MinuteBox in the category you chose. MSellers all over the world can view and bid on your request.
   
   
2. Bidding:
   
   MSellers bid on your request, include a pitch to tell you why they are competent to satisfy your needs, and advise their bidding price. You can check their service profiles and rating/feedback to see what other MBuyers think of their performance or abilities. Once you find a suitable bid, you confirm the transaction time/deadline and the fee. The bidding process is done.
   
   
   
3. Get Support:
   
   The service is delivered by the means you chose in your request. If it is an online Chat, go to the chat page at the arranged time. See how to initiate the chat session. The introductory session is free. You only pay once you are sure the chat works well. Your credits are deducted per minute according to the rate you agreed on the bid. If you reserve 30 minutes chat, it does not mean you need to fullfill the full length of the session. You can hang up when you think you have got enough information. You also can hang up anytime you like, for example if you feel there is no benefit to continuing the chat. If the chat quality is not stable, you can pause the credit deducting first until the chat becomes stable. Everything is under your control and no penny will be wasted.
   
   
   If it is a Work by Email session, your MSeller will send you your work via the internal messaging system before the deadline. The system will only release the fee you agreed on the request once you confirm the submission of the work.
   
   
4. Happy ending:
   
   After the session, the MSeller and MBuyer give each other a rating and some feedback. The MBuyer gets their problem solved and the MSeller gets the monetary reward for the session. We deduct the credits for the session from the MBuyer’s account and transfer those credits to MSeller’s MWallet.

   If the request is for an online chat, you can view the available time slots for that request. If it is a work by e-mail request you can view the deadline instead. If you are interested and capable of helping, you can bid on the request.

2. Bidding:
   
   As an MSeller, you can bid on the request, include a pitch to tell the buyer how you can satisfy his/her needs, and advise a bidding price. The MBuyer will check your service profile and your rating/feedback to see what other MBuyers think of your performance or abilities. Once the buyer finds a suitable bid, he/she will confirm the transaction time or the deadline and also the fee. The bidding process is now complete.
3. Get Support:
   
   

   The service is delivered by the means you agreed with your MBuyer in the request. If it is an online Chat, go to the chat page at the arranged time. See how to initiate the chat session. The introductory session is free. Once the MBuyer is sure the chat works well, he/she will initiate the timer and start to pay. The credits are deducted per minute according to the rate you agreed. The timer and credits left are shown on the chat window.

   It is not necessary for him/her to fullfill the full length of the session. For example, If the MBuyer has reserved a 30 minute chat, he/she may end the session at any time. The MBuyer might hang up when he/she has got enough information or found the conversation is no longer beneficial. If the chat quality is not stable, the MBuyer can pause the credit deduction until the chat becomes stable.

   

   If it is a Work by Email session, you shall send your work via the internal messaging system before the deadline. The system will only release the fee you agreed for the work once the MBuyer confirms the submission of the work.

   After the session, the MSeller and MBuyer give each other a rating and some feedback. The MBuyer gets their problem solved and the MSeller gets the monetary reward for the session. We will deduct the credits for the session from the MBuyer’s account and transfer those credits to MSeller’s MWallet.
