You must register as our basic member first. Once you log in as a member, you can find different places to register as an MSeller.
- On the homepage, you can see the Sell Minutes button. Simply click that and you
can fill in the forms to create your service profile.

In our Categories page, we cover various areas from professional services, such as legal and accounting service, to life, such as parenting or dating advice. You must be able to find a way to share your knowledge or skills with others and get some monetary rewards on MinuteBox.

Your services are delivered in the form of Online Chat and Work by e-mail. In the online chat session, you can have a text chat, audio chat or even video chat session with your MBuyer. In the Work-by-email session, you can send your work to the MBuyer in the format that they requested, eg. Word document, or Excel spreadsheet, via our internal messaging system. When you bid on a request, please make sure you can deliver the service in the way the buyer requires.

- Profile page
You can add information on your profile page to demonstrate your professionalism or skills to potential MBuyers. It is a good way for you to boost your credibility if you are new to MinuteBox and lack a long rating history. When you go to the "My Account" Page in the My MinuteBox section, you will find that you can add your own website or blog there and they will show up in your profile page. Also, you can create a promotional video clip on YouTube and put a link here. If you come across any useful articles or you publish any article yourself online, you can put the link here to show the potential MBuyers.

- Profile page

- Browse requests: To browse, go to the Categories list, select the category relevant to your skills or knowledge. A list of the requests and the summaries will show up and you can sort them according to different criteria. If you are interested, you can click on a request to check its details.
- Search: Also, you can use the easy search bar to do a quick request search. The requests including the keyword you type in will show up. You also can use the Advanced Search function to refine your search.

After checking the details of the request, you can easily place a bid if you believe you are capable of helping. You can also put that request n your Watch List and bid on it later. It is suggested to bid on a request as soon as possible. This is because the MBuyer may decide which MSeller to award the request to at any time. He does't need to wait until the bidding ends to choose.
You will then fill in a simple form to place your bid. If there are other bids placed, you can check other bidder’s bid prices. It is also important to write a small pitch to convince the MBuyer you can offer the service or solutions to his request. Once the form is submitted, your bid on this request will be successfully posted.
If you provide the Buy Now service, the Buy Me Now button and your Buy Now rate will show up. If you are online, MBuyers can check your profile and initiate the chat with you instantly.
- Respond to a Buy Now request
When checking the requests in the category pages, you might find some MBuyers post Buy Now requests. If you are interested, you can click the "I AM INTERESTED" button to respond to that request. A pre-completed message will appear. You can modify that and send it to the buyer. If he is interested and would like to get the Buy Now service from you, he can click the Buy Me Now button on your profile to initiate the session.

You can find the confirmed request in the Selling activity section in My MinuteBox. You can initiate the chat session by clicking the "Waiting for Chat session" link. However, if the buyer does not have enough credits for the request before the agreed transaction time, he will not be able to join the chat.
Once your seller has joined the chat session too, you can then start the chat session.

When you are in the chat session, the system will inform you once the buyer has logged in. You can then start to chat with the buyer.
If the MBuyer requested audio or video chat, please click on the red X to initiate your mic or web cam. Once it is initiated, the red X will disappear.
You will not be paid until the buyer initiates the time. Buyers might make sure the chat quality is good and stable before starting the timer. Once he initiates the timer, you will be charged on a per minute basis. You can also clearly see how the buyer's credits are deducted in the real time basis on the screen too. He can pause the timer anytime if the communication quality is not stable. If the quality is not stable, we suggest you press the "Hang Up" button. Once it turns back into the Green call button, click it again to re-initiate the chat.
The buyer does not have to fulfill the duration of the chat agreed on your request. If he feels the chat is not useful or he has got the solutions in a less time than he expected, he can stop the timer anytime and then terminate the chat.
- Terminate the chat session
When the chat session is completed, the buyer will click the "Terminate the chat" button. The chat window will be closed. You can also check your credits status in the My MWallet page in My MinuteBox section. You can withdraw the credits you have earned there. Details are in Payment.
If the request is Work by E-mail, you need to submit the work before the agreed deadline. Please go to Selling Activity in the My MinuteBox section. You can submit the work from the link there. A pre-completed message will appear. You can then edit the content and upload the work document. Once the buyer confirms your work submission, the credits you earn from this service session will then transferred to your MWallet.

MWallet is the section for you to manage your credits and payments on MinuteBox. You can find MWallet page in My MinuteBox.
Once you have completed a service session with an MBuyer, the credits will be transferred to your MWallet for your use. You can keep the credits in your MWallet for future use or withdraw them. At present, Paypal is the only payment method we provide. We will offer you more payment methods in the future. You can get more details from Paypal website: www.paypal.co.uk. We will withdraw the credits to your paypal account. It is required to have a Paypal account to receive money from MinuteBox.
Once you have finished your service session, please go to History to leave feedback. Your MBuyer will leave feedback for you too. The rating and feedback system will be very good reference for you to attract buyers here.
